Joseph (Joe) Kilbride, Smear, Aughnacliffe, Longford

The death occurred, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family following a long illness bravely borneof Joseph (Joe) Kilbride, Smear, Aughnacliffe, Longford. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Rita, his sister Kathleen, and his nephews Michael and Alan. Sadly missed by his loving wife Grainne, his sons Kevin and Colm, daughters in law Fiona and Nady, grandson Ruadhán TJ, his brothers Liam and Sean, sister Maggie, his nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters in law, father and mother in law and all extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Finnegan's Funeral Home, Cavan on Sunday, April 14 from 5pm to 7pm. Removal from his home on Monday morning, April 15 to Colmcille church for funeral mass at 11am. Cremation in Lakelands crematorium at 2pm. House private to family, friends and neighbours. No flowers or mass cards please. Donations to cancer research and/or Irish Kidney Association.

Kevin Maguire, Legga, Longford

The death occurred, suddenlyon Friday, April 12, 2024 of Kevin Maguire, Legga, Longford. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, parents John and Josie, brothers Mark and Gary (New York), sisters Tara and Becky (New York), sisters-in-law Emma and Nicole, his beloved nieces and nephews Sophie, Mia, Jayden and Kevin, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, close friends and good neighbours. May He Rest In Peace.
Reposing at Kelly’s Funeral Home, Athlone Road, Longford, (N39 K381) on Saturday, April 13 from 5pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Monday, April 15 in St Mary’s Church, Legga at 12 noon, burial afterwards in Legga Cemetery. The Funeral Mass will be streamed live HERE.

Bernard (Bernie) Mulvihill, The Village, Newtowncashel, Longford

The death occurred, peacefully, at his home in the loving care of his family in his 100th year, on Friday, April 12, 2024 of Bernard (Bernie) Mulvihill, The Village, Newtowncashel, Longford. Predeceased by his beloved wife Bridget (Beasie) his parents, brothers Patrick, John & Tom, his sisters Margaret & Mary. Bernie will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his son John, daughter in law Martina, grandsons Eoin, Luke, Aidan & Brendan, nieces, nephews, relatives & friends. May Bernie Rest in Peace.
Reposing at his residence on Saturday, April 13 from 5pm concluding with prayers at 9pm. Funeral Mass Sunday, April 14 at 12noon in the Church of the Blessed Virgin, Newtowncashel. Interment afterwards in Cashel Cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed HERE. 

Lucy Anna Kilkenny, Tooma, Cloone, Leitrim
The death occurred suddenly and unexpectedly following a short illness on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 of Lucy Anna Kilkenny, Wallington, Surrey, United Kingdom and Tooma, Cloone, Co Leitrim. Predeceased by her uncle; Pat Kilkenny (Tooma, Cloone). Deeply regretted by her heartbroken parents; Mary and Peter her sister; Tracey, partner; Danny, nephew; Brandon, niece; Alicia, cousins; Mark, Rosetta and Caroline, uncle; Liam aunty; Katie, extended family, NHS work colleagues, neighbours and friends. May Lucy Rest In Peace.
Lucy will repose at Smiths Funeral Home, High Street, Ballinamore, Co Leitrim (Eircode N41 TD62) on Saturday (April 13, 2024) from 3pm – 5pm. Lucy’s remains will arrive at St Joseph’s Church, Aughavas for funeral mass on Sunday, April 14 at 11.30am followed by burial in the new cemetery. Lucy’s funeral mass can be viewed HERE. The Kilkenny family appreciate your sympathy, support and understanding at this sad and difficult time.
