Jack Reilly from Dromard, Holly and Evan Smyth from Colmcille, and Jasmine Kenny Darcy from Roosky all competed in Light Continuous and Points Sparring events bringing home one gold and five silver medals.
This is a fantastic achievement for Cho's Taekwondo School in Aughnacliffe who only opened their doors three years ago.
The school is going from strength to strength and to have four students competing at the World Championships was amazing.
The students had the privilege to experience the fantastic atmosphere and friendships made by attending events like these, while also competing against the best at their age group.
The Taekwondo School reopens after the summer break on Thursday, September 4 in Colmcille Community Centre. Everyone is welcome young and old, the beginners class is at 4pm and from yellow belt upwards is at 5pm. Please contact Katrina on 089 202 3332 if you need any more information.
