111 drivers test negative for alcohol at garda checkpoint on N4 in Longford
The gardaí conducted a 'Super MIT' - Mandatory Intoxication Testing (MIT) checkpoint - along the N4 in Longford today and all drivers tested for alcohol and drugs showed up negative readings.
An Garda Síochána tweeted, "111 drivers tested for alcohol. All negative. 3 drivers tested for drugs, all negative. One vehicle seized under Section 41 as driver disqualified."
