The death occurred, peacefully at Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore, on Monday, December 12, 2022 of Bridie Rowan (nee Casey), Claras, Newtowncashel, Co Longford. She is reunited with her predeceased family members. Bridie will be forever missed by her loving family, daughters Angela, Agnes, Gabrielle, Geraldine and Noeline, daughter in law, sons in law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many friends and neighbours. May she rest in peace. "A life that touches others goes on forever".
Reposing at her residence, Claras, Newtowncashel, Co Longford (N39 E264), on Wednesday, December 14 from 4pm to 8pm. Removal on Thursday, December 15 to arrive at The Church of the Blessed Virgin, Newtowncashel, for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in Cashel Cemetery. The death occurred, peacefully after a brave life journey, on Saturday, December 10, 2022 of Catherine Gerety, Kilcurry, Ballymahon, Longford and Thomond Lodge Nursing Home. Predeceased by her parents JJ and Teresa. Much loved, cared for and protected youngest sister of John, Tom (Waterford), Cyril, Marie (Al-Toma), Brid, Seamus, Doreen (Casserly), Geraldine (Stewart) and Connie (Quinn). Sisters in law, Anne, Nell and Nicola, brothers in law, Martin, Robert and Joe, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reunited with her loving parents in the arms of Jesus. The death occurred, peacefully, in the exceptional care of the nurses and staff of St Joseph's Care Centre, Longford, on Sunday, December 11, 2022 of Gwen O'Ferrall, Camlisk, Edgeworthstown, Longford. Predeceased by her parents Conal and Oonagh, sister Yvonne. The death occurred, in her 89th year, quietly and peacefully at home, on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 of Anne Wall (nee Gilleran), Ballymaley House, Ballymaley, Ennis, County Clare and formerly of Lissoy, Glasson, County Westmeath, the Auburn Lodge Hotel and Beehive Cafe, Ennis  Predeceased by her husband Jack. Deeply missed by her son Roger (Florida), her daughter Pam and partner Noel Meere, grandson Jack Wall O’Reilly and granddaughter Marykate Tacot (Florida), brother Peter Gilleran and sisters Teresa Aylott (London) and Bridget Hussey (Canada), extended Wall family, wide circle of friends and neighbours.

The death occurred, peacefully, at Orange Health Service Hospital, in his 63rd year as a priest, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 of Fr James Kane, late of Mornington, Multyfarnham, Co Westmeath and Bathurst Diocese, NSW, Australia. Predeceased by his parents Pat and Margaret (née O’Neill), his brother Christy and his sister Philomena Aylward.
Sadly missed by his loving family, nieces and nephews, Margaret, Paddy, Helen, Mary, Katie, Christine, Patricia, Christopher, Phil and Edel, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grand nephews, great-grand niece, relatives, Bishop Michael McKenna, his fellow priests, many friends and especially the many people in Orange and Molong parishes.
