The death occurred, peacefully, following a short illness at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, on Sunday, March 20, 2022 of James (Seamus) Brady, Edenmore, Ballinamuck, Co Longford/ Aughnacliffe, Co Longford.
Son of the late Patrick and Bridie, dearly loved and sadly missed by his family, brother PJ, sisters Catherine, Mary, Dympna and Irene, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, his aunt Katie, extended family, neighbours and friends. May Seamus Rest in Peace.
Reposing in Glennon’s Funeral Home Longford on Wednesday evening, March 23 from 5pm until 7pm (walk through only). Funeral Mass for Seamus will take place on Thursday morning, March 24 at 11am in St Colmcille’s Church, Aughnacliffe followed by cremation at Lakelands crematorium, Cavan at 1.30. The death occurred, peacefully in Mullingar General Hospital surrounded by her family, on Sunday, March 20, 2022 of Bridie Gray (nee Breslin), Ennybegs, Killoe, Co Longford.
She is predeceased by her husband Tom, son Thomas and by her brother and sisters. Bridie will be forever remembered with love by her heartbroken family, sons Paul and James, daughters Anne Halligan, Helen, Breda Murphy and Una Mulligan, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, her adored 15 grandchildren, sister Eilish, sister-in-law Kathleen (USA), nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and her many good friends. Her nature was loving and giving, Her heart was made of gold, And to us who truly loved her, Her memory will never grow old. Rest in Peace Bridie.
Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church Street, Longford, on Tuesday, March 22 from 5pm concluding with prayers at 7pm. Removal from her home on Wednesday, March 23 to St Mary's Church, Ennybegs, for Funeral mass at 12 noon, followed with burial in Aughaboy Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Mary, his brothers Daniel and Michael, his sister Kathleen Keogh.
Bro James will be sadly missed by his sisters Ann Sharp, Mary McGown, Teresa Diver, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, Redemptorist confreres, extended family and wide circle of friends.
