Predeceased by her parents William and Julia. Kathleen will be lovingly missed by her family; sisters Alice Riordan (Dublin), Sile (Dublin) and Imelda Hegarty (Cork), brothers Bernard and Billy, sisters in law Ann and Nuala, brother in law Pat, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends especially her dear friends Chris, Anna and Joan. The death occurred peacefully at Nazareth House, San Diego, in the kind and loving care of loyal friends and attentive nursing staff on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 of Rev Fr Gerard McNulty, USA and late of Battery Road, Longford Town, Longford / Dublin.
Predeceased by his brother, Dr Cyril, and his parents, Paddy and Lily McNulty. Sadly missed by his brothers Michael, Aidan and David; his sisters-in-law Mary, Peggy, Theresa and Martina; and all his nieces and nephews.
Fr Gerry attended All Hallows College, Dublin, and was ordained for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, CA, in 1967. He was a Major in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and a much-loved Chaplain in the Department of Veterans Affairs. He was a dearly beloved member of his family and will be very much missed by all his colleagues and friends, both in Ireland and the USA. May he Rest In Peace.
His remains will repose at the home of his brother, Michael, 20 Sandymount Avenue, Dublin, D04 VP11, on Wednesday, February 25 from 4pm, concluding with prayers at 8pm.
