The death occurred peacefully at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar on Saturday, April 6, 2024 of Leonie Gibson (nee McGrath), Abbeycartron, Longford and formerly of Brownshill, Carlow. Predeceased by her parents James and Doreen, sister Dolores, brother John and by her brother-in-law Frank. Leonie will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband Tony, daughter Shena Elliott, sons Michael and Alan, sister Mary, daughters-in-law Dani and Edel, son-in-law Declan, grandchildren Dylan, Sam, Aoife, Eírrin, Lucas and Bruno, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. May she rest in peace.

The death occurred, peacefully, in her 93rd year, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, April 1, 2024 of Bridget Mary (Maura) Mahon (née Shaughnessy), Melbourne, Australia and formerly of Corneddan and Lettergunnell, Ballinalee, Longford. Bridget Mary is predeceased by her husband John Mahon, her parents James and Bridget Shaughnessy, her brothers Jimmy, Joe Pat, Mickey, Colm, her sisters Patricia, Elizabeth, Katie, Teresa. Bridget Mary will be forever missed as an adored mother to Mary, Anne, John and Caroline and much cherished grandmother to Michael, Jethro, Christian James and Gabrielle. Predeceased by her loving husband Michael, sister Mary Murphy and stepdaughter Stephanie. Nellie will be very sadly missed by her best friend Phil, sister Nancy, brother Pat, sister-in-law Noleen, brother-in-law Ken, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and good neighbours, Forever in Our Hearts.

Predeceased by her parents Joe and Anna-Mary O’Reilly, sisters Josephine and Carmel and sister-in-law Judy McLoughlin. Sadly missed by her loving husband and best friend, Pat, sons John and Brendan, cherished grand-children Noah, Liam and Isabelle, daughters in law, Fiona and Caroline, brothers Seamus (Sheila) and Liam (Breege), brothers-in-law Kevin (Margaret) and Billy, beloved nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

The death occurred peacefully, in her 99th year, surrounded by her devoted family and in the tender and loving care of the staff at Glencar Unit, Laurel lodge Nursing Home, Longford on Saturday, April 6, 2024 of Peggy McGuire (née Guihen) Cornagee, Arigna, Co Roscommon. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jack, brother Jim, sisters Nellie, Mary, Nancy and son-in-law James. Much loved mother of John, Mary, Martina and Joseph. Peggy will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters, grandchildren Olive, Gillian, Angela, Fiona, Jacqueline, Laura, Alan, Barry and Enda, her 10 great-grandchildren, son-in-law Ted, daughters-in-law Eithne and Kitty, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours. The death occurred peacefully at the residence of her daughter Rosemary and son-in-law Noel Kiernan in her 97th year surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, April 7, 2024 of Susan McKeon (nee Lynch), Drumbreanlis, Carrigallen, Co Leitrim and formerly of Clooncliva, Mohill, Co Leitrim and Kibberidogue, Rosslea, Co Fermanagh.Predeceased by her husband Tom, parents Joe and Elizabeth, brothers and sisters John-Joe, Felix, Pat, Kevin, Vera and Dympna. The death occurred peacefully in the care of the staff of Cavan General Hospital, following wonderful care in Ballinamore Nursing Unit on Saturday, April 6, 2024 of Margaret (Peggy) Logan (nee Prior) late of High Street and Tully, Ballinamore, Co Leitrim. Predeceased by her husband Tom, sister Maureen Holmes, brother Bertie Prior, son in law Frank Lynch and daughter in law Loretto Logan. Peggy will be sadly missed by her loving sons Leo, Kielan, Raymond and Dermot, daughters Marie and Assumpta, her sisters Nuala and Ellen, son-in-law Joe, daughters-in-law Karen, Brenda & Úna, Kielan's partner Lorraine, her grandchildren, Aisling, Conor, Ciara, Meadhbh, Orlagh, Tom, Áine, Tara and Sarah and extended family and friends. The death  occurred unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 of Karl Meehan, Multyfarnham and Rathowen, Co Westmeath and formerly of Bancroft, Tallaght, Dublin. Karl will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his loving family, his daughters Sarah and Gina, their partners Naomi and PJ, his adored grandchildren Bobby and Addison, brother Peter, sister Clodagh and his extended family of many friends.
