Colette Brennan (née Daly) Knocklyon, Dublin / Streete, Co Westmeath
The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 of Colette Brennan (née Daly) late of Knocklyon, Dublin and formerly of Streete, Co Westmeath. Beloved wife of Michael, loving mother of Paul, Peter, Mark and the late Francis and devoted grandmother to Emma, Sarah, Niamh, Theo and Laura, predeceased by her brother and sisters; she will be sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters-in-law Nancy, Helen and Karen, grandchildren, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Rest In Peace.
Colette will be reposing on Sunday afternoon, February 11 from 3pm – 6pm at her family home. Funeral will take place on Monday morning, February 12 at 11am in St Colmcille’s Church, Knocklyon followed by burial in Templeogue Cemetery. James Lynn, Monaghanstown, Castletown Geoghegan, Westmeath / Ballynacargy, Westmeath
The death occurred peacefully in the tender loving care of St Joseph's Care Centre, Sunset Lodge, Longford, following an illness bravely borne with great courage and dignity on Friday, February 9, 2024 of James Lynn, Monaghanstown, Castletown Geoghegan, Co Westmeath and formerly Empor, Ballynacargy. Predeceased by his parents William and Philomena Lynn. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife Margaret, brothers Liam, Gerard and Patrick, sisters Helena Dobson (Longford) and Cathriona Callaghan (Mullingar), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, father and mother-in-law James and Mary Ryan, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. Reposing at Nannery's Chapel of Rest, Riverview, Kilbeggan on Sunday, February 11 from 4pm until Rosary at 6pm. Arriving to the Church of the Assumption, Loughnavalley for Prayers at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Monday, February 12 at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Milltown Rathconrath Cemetery. House strictly private. A special word of thanks to the staff in Sunset Lodge Care Centre, Longford for the excellent care of James.
Mary Pedley (née McKenna) Ballyfermot, Dublin / Lanesboro, Co Longford
The death occurred peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 of Mary Pedley (née McKenna), Ballyfermot, Dublin and formerly of Lanesboro, Co Longford. Predeceased by her beloved husband John and her son John. Mary will be very sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Elizabeth, Maria, Catherine and Eileen, sons Edward and James, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, her adored grandchildren Declan, Lisa, Alannah, Naoise, Blathnaid, Norah, Mai, Aaron Carrie, Eoin, Richard, Karl, Connor, Laura and Gavin, great grandchildren Heidi, Aaron, Shay, Cody, Kaelin, Badb, Ray and Charlie, brother-in-law, niece, extended family, friends and neighbours. Mary will be reposing in Stafford's Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 13 from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Wednesday morning, February 14 to St Matthew’s Church, Ballyfermot arriving for 11.30 am Funeral Mass followed by a Cremation Service in Stafford's Funeral Home Ballyfermot at 1pm. The death occurred peacefully in Portiuncula Hospital Ballinasloe surrounded by her loving family after a long illness borne with dignity on Friday, February 9, 2024 of Genevieve Ganly, Kilkenny West, Glasson, Athlone, Westmeath. Predeceased by her parents Bill and Annie, sisters Elizabeth (Betty), and Carmel, and brothers Patrick (Paddy) and James and also her life long friend Eamon Glesson (Bealnamulla). Genevieve will be greatly missed and remembered with love by her brothers TJ (Tubberclair), Willie (Clane), Oliver (Ballydowd, Lucan), sisters-in-law, Ann, Mary, Rose and Catherine, brother-in-law Richard, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at her niece’s (Alacoque O Connor) family home at Kilkenny West, Glasson, Athlone (N37VW60), on Saturday, February 10 from 3pm to 7pm. Arriving at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tubberclair on Sunday, February 11 at 10.45am followed by Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death occurred peacefully in the exceptional care of the nursing staff at Sheelin Nursing Home, Mountnugent on Friday,
February 9, 2024 of Bridget Brennan, Moynagh, Finea, Co Westmeath / Cavan.
Predeceased by her parents, brothers John, Packie and Jimmy, sisters Annie and Mary. Sadly missed by her brother Tommy, sister Kathleen Fitzgerald, sister in law Sadie, brother in law Pat, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Reilly's Funeral Home, Kilcogy (N39W1D6) on Sunday evening, February 11 from 5.30pm to 6.30pm followed by removal to St Mary's Church, Carrick at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Monday, February 12 at 12 noon. Internment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Predeceased by his parents William and Katie. William will be greatly missed by his wife Joan, daughters Katie and Siobhan, his sister Mary (Bolton), his brother Michael and sisters-in-law Bridie (Birmingham), Sheila (UK), brother-in-law Jimmy Mullaney, nieces and nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. Reposing at his residence in Slattabeg, Rooskey, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Roscommon (N41TR60) on Sunday afternoon, February 11 from 3pm to 6pm. Removal to St Anne's Church, Slatta arriving for 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, February 12 at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kilglass new Cemetery.
Bernadette Edwards (née Mimnagh) Loughton, Essex and Ballinalee, Co Longford
The family of the late Bernadette Edwards (nee Mimnagh) of Loughton, Essex who passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024 in London, would like to thank most sincerely all those that sympathised with them on this sudden loss.
Predeceased by her Mother and Father, John and Josie Mimnagh, Ballinalee, Longford, she leaves behind loving husband Andrew and their sons, Matthew and David. Sadly remembered by her brothers Sean, wife Geralyn and Tony, and nephews and nieces, Katie, Sean, Aileen, Niamh and Jane.
Funeral will take place on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at Parndon Wood Crematorium, Harlow, Essex at 2.30pm.
