The death occurred peacefully on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 of Ann Jordan, Paraic Colum Heights, Longford Town, Longford. Predeceased by her parents Bernard and Kathleen. Ann will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, daughters Tara and Danielle, son Gary, grandchildren Ellie and Liam, sisters Patricia and Mary, brothers Benny, Packie, Andy, Dermot, Joe, David, Derek, Damien, Michael and Martin, sisters-in-law, Danielle’s partner James, Tara’s partner Chris, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Friday, February 9 from 5pm concluding with prayers at 7pm. The death occurred peacefully in the excellent care of the staff of Newbrook Lodge, Nursing Home, Mullingar, surrounded by her family on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 of Mary Rose O'Connor (née Cullen), Ard Mor, Park Road, Longford Town, Longford and formerly of Swanlinbar, Co Cavan. Predeceased by her beloved husband Sean, parents Hugh and Kathleen, sister Marguerite Slater and her brother Tony. Mary Rose will be forever missed and always remembered with love by her family, daughters Catherine, Caroline and Marissa, sons Ciaran, Sean and Christopher, daughters-in-law and sons-in-law, her adored 10 grandchildren, sisters Pauline, Jacinta, Kathleen, Martha, Phena and Bernie, brothers Paddy, Sean and Colm, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and her many dear friends. Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church Street, Longford N39 KN66 on Friday, February 9 from 5pm until 6.30pm, followed with removal to St Mel's Cathedral, Longford for prayers at 7pm. The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 of Colette Brennan (née Daly) late of Knocklyon, Dublin and formerly of Streete, Co Westmeath. Beloved wife of Michael, loving mother of Paul, Peter, Mark and the late Francis and devoted grandmother to Emma, Sarah, Niamh, Theo and Laura, predeceased by her brother and sisters; she will be sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters-in-law Nancy, Helen and Karen, grandchildren, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Colette will be reposing on Sunday afternoon, February 11 from 3pm – 6pm at her family home. Predeceased by her beloved husband John and her son John. The family of the late Bernadette Edwards (nee Mimnagh) of Loughton, Essex who passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024 in London, would like to thank most sincerely all those that sympathised with them on this sudden loss.
Predeceased by her Mother and Father, John and Josie Mimnagh, Ballinalee, Longford, she leaves behind loving husband Andrew and their sons, Matthew and David. Sadly remembered by her brothers Sean, wife Geralyn and Tony, and nephews and nieces, Katie, Sean, Aileen, Niamh and Jane.
