The death occurred peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 of Mary Clinton (nee Keegan) Esker Glebe, Lucan, Dublin and formerly of Sarsfield Park, Lucan and Taghshinny, Co Longford.
Wife of the late Kevin and stepsister of the late Rosie. Sadly missed by her loving children Deirdre, Colm, Orla, Ronan, Damien, Adele and Una, sons and daughters in law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sisters, step sister and step brothers, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at her family home on Thursday, January 18 from 4pm with prayers at 7pm. Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors to St Mary’s Church, Lucan on Friday morning, January 19 arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by cremation at Newlands Cross Crematorium arriving at approximately 12:30pm. The death occurred, peacefully, in her 103rd year, at her son and daughter in law's home Michael and Treasa Brady, on Monday, January 15, 2024 of Bridget (Bridie) Brady (née Mulligan), Purth, Ballinroey, Dring, Longford. Predeceased by her loving husband Jimmy and daughter Nuala. Sadly missed and always remembered by her sons Michael and Seamus, daughters Cait and Ann, daughters in-law Treasa and Joan, son in-law Brian, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, relatives, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by husband Peter, parents John and Mary Ann Dowd, her brothers John, Tommy, Seamus and Denis, sisters Mary (Aherne) and Peggy (McMonagle), nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Jack, her parents and her brothers Fr John, Fr Pat and Dan. Cherished mother of John (Shirley), Marion (Kevin), Ena (Stuart) USA, Joan (Martin) Australia, Pauline (Michael), Rita (Sean), Regina (Seamus), Padraig (Gemma), Gerard (Niamh). Loving Granny to her twenty four grandchildren and Great Granny to Eleanor and Jessica. Geoff will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Brenda, his cherished son Daniel, partner Beth and his baby grandson George, who was born on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
