Mary Reilly (née Coyle), Larkfield, Dring, Longford
The death occurred peacefully in the excellent care of the Staff of the General Hospital, Mullingar and previously in the excellent care of St Camillus Nursing Centre, Killucan on Friday, July 21, 2023 of Mary Reilly, (nee Coyle), Larkfield, Dring, Co Longford.
Predeceased by her loving husband Joe, infant daughter Marie, brothers Frank, Peter, Michael, and John, sisters Lena and Anna. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters Celia and Carmel, adoring grandchildren James, Mark and Ellen, sons in law Eddie and Seamus, sisters Margaret, Pauline and Rose and brother Paddy, nephews, nieces, in laws, relatives, good neighbours and a large circle of friends. May Mary Rest in Peace.
Reposed in Our Lady's Manor Nursing Home, Edgeworthstown on Sunday evening, July 23 from 5pm. Concluding with prayers at 7pm. Removal was to St. Columba's Church, Mullinalaghta arriving at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Monday, July 24 at 12 noon with burial immediately afterwards in local cemetery. Family flowers only, please.
Lottie McGerty (née Cullen Doyle), Cornafest, Carrigallen, Co Leitrim
The death occurred in the loving care of the Laurel Lodge Nursing Home Longford on Friday, July 21, 2023 of Lottie McGerty (nee Cullen Doyle) Cornafest, Carrigallen, Co Leitrim. Predeceased by her husband James (Jimmy) and brother Laurence. A very special person, she will be sadly missed by her sisters Imelda (USA) and Madeleine, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, wonderful neighbours and her many friends. May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Reposed at Smith's Funeral Home, High Street, Ballinamore (N41TD62), on Sunday evening, July 23 from 4pm until 6pm. Removal on Monday morning, July 24 via her residence, to arrive at St Mary's Church, Carrigallen, for funeral Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. John Gormley, Drumhalla, Cloone, Co Leitrim
The death occurred peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, July 9, 2023 of John Gormley, Luton, UK and formerly of Drumhalla, Cloone, Co Leitrim. Predeceased by his parents: John Joe and Lizzie and his sisters Mary and Betty. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his devoted wife Bernadette, son Kieran (Manaaz), daughters Louise (Conor) and Kathryn (Ian), grandchildren; Erin, Rhys, Jacob, Harry and Nyah, brother Michael (Margaret), aunt Bridgie, mother in law Betty Ryan, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours, friends and a wide circle of his fellow GAA gaels. May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.
John’s remains will repose at Nevilles Funeral home LU3 2RZ until removal to St Joseph’s Church, Gardenia Avenue, Luton LU3 2NS at 7pm on Tuesday, July 25. The death occurred peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, July 22, 2023 of Farrell Conry, Corbane, Elphin, Roscommon, F45W447/ Tulsk, Roscommon. Beloved husband and best friend of Roseleen (nee O'Beirne) and loving father of Linda Hanly (Strokestown), Annette Kennedy (Roscommon), Tony (Boston) and Dillon (Melbourne). Adored grandfather (Pop) of Clodagh, Aaron and Nicola Hanly, Daithí, Cormac, Róisín, Carragh and Shóna Kennedy, Phoebe McCabe-Conry, Lachlan Conry, and proud great-grandfather of Kaia Kennedy.
Farrell will be sadly missed by his sorrowing wife and family, his brothers Micheál (Carlow), Fr Anthony (Tony) (Brazil), Fr. Austin (Alabama), sister Adela Smyth (Kells), sons-in-law Marcus Hanly and David Kennedy, daughters-in-law Caroline and Lorna, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and many friends. Farrell is predeceased by his infant twin boys Martin and Gerard, parents Anthony and Matilda (Tilly), brothers Paddy and Vincent and sister Maureen. Rest In Peace.
Reposing at his home (F45W447) on Tuesday, July 25 from 4pm until 8pm. Removal to St Catherine's Church, Killina, on Wednesday, July 26 to arrive for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan, at 5pm.

The death occurred peacefully, in the company of his loving family, in Lisdarn Unit for the Elderly on Saturday, July 22, 2023 of Stephen Shannon, Drumkillrooske, Killeshandra, County Cavan. Predeceased by his wife Molly, son Ciaran, parents Elizabeth and James, brothers Joe, Enda and Jim, sisters Collette, Mary and Eileen.
