The death occurred, peacefully at the Midlands Regional Hospital, on Monday, May 29, 2023 of Frank (Francie) Edgeworth, Middleton, Killashee, Co Longford. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Mary, brothers Johnny and Tommy and by his sister Mary. Frank will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral home (N39 EC81) on Wednesday, May 31 from 5pm until 6.30pm followed by removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Killashee for prayers at 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Thursday, June 1 at 11am, interment afterwards in Killashee Cemetery.

Margaret (Peggy) O'Connor (née Flood), Marian Avenue, Edgeworthstown, Co Longford

The death occurred, peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Mullingar Regional Hospital in the company of her family, on Monday, May 29, 2023 of Margaret (Peggy) O'Connor (nee Flood), Marian Avenue, Edgeworthstown, Co Longford. 
Predeceased by her husband John and son-in-law Jack Keenan. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughter Gerardine and son Dessie, grandchildren Bryan and John, sisters Ann Myles and Mary Skelly, brother-in-law Dessie, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and friends. Rest in Peace.

The death occurred, peacefully at University Hospital Galway after a short illness with his wife Mairéad by his side, on Monday, May 29, 2023 of Roy Heany, Luí na Gréine, Baile an Saggart, An Spidéal, Contae na Gaillimhe and formerly of Clonrollagh, Longford. Predeceased by his parents Bob and Ida.

The death occurred, suddenly after a long battle with mental health illness, on Monday, May 29, 2023 of Seamus McGovern, Cattan, Mohill, Leitrim / Longford. Seamus will be forever loved and sadly missed by his wife Michelle, his daughters Shaileen and Megan, his son Seán, his brother Thomas, his sisters Catherine (Pickering) and Marie (Neary), extended family, friends and business colleagues. He was a native of Lisduff, Maghera, Virginia, Co Cavan, was late of ESB Ferbane, and was predeceased by his parents Ultan and Annie McCabe, and sisters Bridie and Liz. The death occurred, in the care of Comfort House Hospice, Mc Allen Texas, on Saturday, May 20, 2023 of Nan (Nancy Neal) McGrath, Gurteen, Ballymahon, Longford and Mission, Texas, USA. Predeceased by her parents Hugh and Nancy McGrath, her beloved husband Keith and her brother Paddy. She is sadly missed by her daughter, Megan, her son-in-law Jeremy Whitted, brothers Tom and Barney, her sister Kitty (Feeney), her sisters-in-law Julie and Margaret, nieces, nephews, her extended family and her many friends.
