The death occurred, peacefully, at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar, on Thursday, March 2, 2023 of Patrick (Paddy) Kiernan, Teffia Park, Longford town. Predeceased by his parents Charlie and Elizabeth, brother John Joe, infant twin brother Charlie, sister Mary and by his nieces Maura and Elizabeth. Patrick will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, sister Philomena Macken (Longford), Kathleen Harton (England) and Ann Joyce (England), brother Kevin (England) nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace.

The death occurred, peacefully in her 89th year at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar, surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 of Rose Brennan (nee McGrath), Lismagawley, Newtowncashel, Co Longford and formerly of Ratharney, Abbeyshrule, Co Longford.
Predeceased by her husband Peter (P.), daughter Deirdre and by her sister Maureen (Dillon). Sadly missed by her son Jimmy, daughters Carmel (Glasnevin), Kate Bohan (Newtowncashel) , Maureen Reilly (Edgeworthstown), Niamh Tolan (Castlebar), Toni Mac Carthaigh (Bullaun), brothers Joe Mc Grath (Navan) and Fr Michael S.M.A. (Cork), sisters Kathleen O'Sullivan (Valleymount) and Sr. Eileen F.M.M. (Ghana), daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours. May Rose rest in peace.

Sadly missed by his loving sisters Rose, Dolly and Breda, brothers Matt and Des, brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. May Francie rest in peace.

Removal on Friday, March 10 to arrive at St Conleth's Parish Church, Newbridge for requiem mass at 11am. Cremation afterwards in Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross, Dublin at 1:45pm. Westmeath and formerly from Bawn, Drumlish, Co Longford. Predeceased by her parents Mary and Frank, and brother John Patsy. Sadly missed by her husband Seamus and son Gordon, sister Esther Tallon, twin brother Gerry, brother-in-law PJ, sister-in-law Margaret McKenna, daughter-in-law Sarah, grandchildren Aoife and Oisín, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, and neighbours. The death occurred, peacefully, with her Mammy and Daddy by her side, at Cavan General Hospital under the kind and compassionate care of the Palliative Care team and the staff of the Paediatric Ward, on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 of Rhona Rose McKiernan, Killyfana, Redhills, Cavan, age 6.
Beloved daughter of Sheila Reilly and Ross McKiernan, Rhona will be deeply mourned by her heartbroken parents, her brother Cillian, her grandparents Dympna Reilly & Barry Galligan, Mary & Gerry McKiernan, her aunts and uncles Rosaleen & Jim, Colin & Cora, Jennifer & Liam and William & Joyce, her cousins Sean, Tomás, Michaul and Iggy, her good friend Barry Coyle, extended family and a wide circle of friends. Rhona’s family would like to acknowledge the wonderful care Rhona received from the Palliative Care team and the staff of the Paediatric Ward in Cavan General Hospital as well as the work of the dedicated teams in Crumlin Hospital, Temple St Hospital and St Luke’s. Predeceased by her husband Patrick (Pa). Ann Cullen (nee Thorne), La Montagne, France and formerly Dublin Street and Deanscurragh, Longford
The death occurred of Ann Cullen (nee Thorne), La Montagne, France, daughter of the late William and Catherine Thorne Dublin Street and Deanscurragh, Longford. Ann died in Maulin's Centre Hospital La Montagne, France where she lived for over fifty years with her husband Terry.
She is survived by her husband Terry, formerly of Main St Longford, her brothers Mattie and Frank, relatives and friends.
A commemorative Mass will be held for Ann in St Mel's Cathedral on Sunday, March 12 at 10am.

The death occurred, peacefully, on Friday, January 13, 2023 of Noreen (Nora) Josephine Atkinson (Landy née Wallace), Ruislip, Middlesex, England and formerly of New Kiltoom, Castlepollard, Co Westmeath and Louisburgh, Co Mayo. Beloved wife of Brian and the late Eamonn and dear mother of Paul and Louise. Noreen will be very sadly missed by her husband and family, son-in-law Gary, daughter-in-law Jackie, her cherished grandchildren Natasha, Heather, Aidan, Pearse and Christy, her brothers Anthony, Stephen and Tommy, sister Mary, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.
