ALERT: Gardai in urgent appeal amid concern for well-being for missing teenager

Missing: Jake Hafford, 17, was last seen in Sligo town on Wednesday

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a 17-year-old youth who has not been seen for a number of days.

Jake Hafford, who was last seen in Sligo town at approximately 1.30pm on Wednesday, is described as being approximately 5 feet 11 inches in height with a slim build, short brown hair and blue eyes.

In an appeal, issued this Friday evening, gardai say they are concerned for his well-being.

When last seen, Jake was wearing a black tracksuit, black jacket and black runners and anyone who may be able to assist gardai are asked to contact them.
