The sale by Tom Cox of Thomas J Cox & Co Auctioneers will proceed on Friday, September 27 next at 3pm in the Longford Arms Hotel.
The auction will also be screened live online on the LSL platform.

For years it’s late owner Michael (Mickey Joe) Devine operated a very successful feed and fertiliser business and many other enterprises from this commercial establishment.
Michael was raised at Lisanurlan and resided there and operated his business up until the time of his death in 2015.
The property is now being brought to the market by Michael's brother John Devine and his family.
