Harold McGahern, Rincoola, Granard, Longford
The death occurred, suddenly at his home, on Monday, November 26 of Harold McGahern, Rincoola, Granard, Longford. Predeceased by his mother, Lily, father, Tim, brother Noel. He will be sadly missed by his wife Margaret, his children Joy, Angela, Una and Aonghus, brothers Ray, Dermot and Des, sons-in-law Kent and Damien, by his adored grandchildren Ciara, Teagan, Tim, Cathal and Chris, his extended family and large circle of friends. May he rest in Peace.
Harold will repose at his home on Thursday, November 29 from 2pm to 10pm. Funeral mass on Friday, November 30 at 11am in St Marys Church Granard, followed by a private crematorium service. House strictly private on Friday morning please. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Lus na Gréine Resource Centre, Granard.

Mary Bryson (née Brennan), Cloonteagh, Newtownforbes, Longford / Ballinameen, Roscommon
The death occurred on Sunday, November 25 of Mary Bryson (née Brennan), Cloonteagh, Newtownforbes, Longford and formerly of Ballinameen, Co Roscommon. Sadly missed by her loving family, husband Michael, daughter Rioghnach, sons Cathal and Lorcan, brother John, nieces Bronagh and Amy, mother-in-law Annie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunt Angela (Conlon). May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road, Longford on Wednesday, November 28 from 5pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Removal on Thursday, November 29 to arrive at St Mary’s Church, Newtownforbes for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon, interment afterwards in Cloonshanville Cemetery, Frenchpark, Co Roscommon.

John Garrahan, Kenagh, Longford
The death occurred, peacefully in St James' Hospital, Dublin, on Monday, November 26 of John Garrahan, Kenagh, Longford and late of Hillside, New Jersey, U.S.A. He will be sadly missed by his brother Mickey, sister-in-law Caroline.nieces Ciosa and Niamh, nephews Michael and John, relatives and his many friends and neighbours in Kenagh and Hillside. Reposing in Thomond Lodge Nursing Home, Ballymahon on Wednesday, November 28 from 5.30pm until 6.30pm followed by removal to arrive at St Dominic's Church, Kenagh at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday, November 29 at 11am followed by burial in Forgney Cemetery.

Daniel John ‘Danny’ McGee, Drumlish, Longford
The death occurred, in New York, USA, on Thursday, November 22 of Daniel John ‘Danny’ McGee, Drumlish, Longford. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, parents Don, Colleen, brother Brian, sister Eva, Uncle Tim, Denise, cousins Daniel and Nicole USA, relatives and a large circle of friends. Rest in Peace.
Reposing at the family residence on Wednesday, November 28 from 2pm to 5pm and 6pm to 8pm. Family time outside reposing times.
Removal on Thursday morning, November 29 to St Mary’s Church, Drumlish for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in local cemetery. Family flowers only with donations if desired to Pieta House.

Maureen Finlay (née Robbins), Bracklin, Kilbeggan, Westmeath / Offaly
The death occurred, peacefully, in the care of staff at Tullamore Regional Hospital following a long illness bravely borne, on Wednesday, November 28 of Maureen Finlay (nee Robbins), Bracklin, Kilbeggan, Westmeath/ Offaly.
Deeply regretted by her husband Bernard, sons Sean, Enda & Mark, daughter Majella, grandchildren Caleb, Cian, Sekani, Daegan, Alea, Lee, Daniel & Oscar, daughters-in-law Fiona & Maria, brothers Sean & Michael, sisters Phyllis Healy (Longford), Nancy Morgan (Athlone), & Tess Feehan (Tullamore), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours & friends. Reposing at her home on Thursday, November 29 from 4pm until rosary at 8pm. Removal on Friday morning November 30 to the Church of the Assumption, Tullamore for requiem mass at 10am. Burial afterwards in Durrow Cemetery. House private on Friday morning please. Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Irish Heart Foundation.

Eileen Shiel (née Toolan), Carniska, Strokestown, Roscommon
The death occurred on Wednesday, November 28 of Eileen Shiel (nee Toolan), Carniska, Strokestown, Roscommon. Predeceased by her children Anne and Brendan. Peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving husband Pete and family, Seamus, Mary, Coman, Margaret, Martina, Peadar, Eibhlin, Ronan and Ciaran.
She will be sadly missed by her sorrowing husband, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sisters Phil and Marion, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Rest In Peace.
Reposing at McHugh's Funeral Home Strokestown on Thursday, November 29 from 5pm until 8pm followed by removal to Strokestown Parish Church. Funeral Mass on Friday, November 30 at 11.30am. Philip Cassidy, Lahard, Ballinamore, Leitrim / Ballyconnell, Cavan
The death occurred, peacefully at the Sacred Heart Nursing Home in Clones,  on Wednesday, November 28 of Philip Cassidy, Lahard, Ballinamore, Leitrim and formerly of Ballyconnell, Co Cavan. He will be sadly missed by his wife Margaret, his daughters Susan (Corrigan) and Tracy (McGloin), sons-in-law Brian & Padraig and his beloved granddaughters Sadhbh, Lainey, Teagan, Cady & Veda, his sisters Gene (Sligo), Maura (Oldcastle), Eileen (Belturbet), his brothers Sean (Sligo), Greg (Dublin), Patsy (Monaghan) and Maurice (Ballyconnell), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. The death occurred, peacefully, at the residence of her daughter Sheila and son-in-law Seamus McCrann, on Tuesday, November 27 of Irene Heeran (nee Conlon), Adoon, Cloone, Co Leitrim.
Predeceased by her husband Pee Joe, brother Frank, son Gerard (member of An Garda Síochána) and mother of missing person Pat Heeran. Deeply regretted by her family, daughters Doreen (Keegan), Sheila (McCrann) and Fiona (New York), sons; Noel (Boston), Aidan, Fintan and Barry (New York), grandchildren; Garry, Gavin, Sasha, Jamie-Lee, Patrick, John, Noel and Mark, sister Josephine, nephews, niece, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at her residence in Adoon on Wednesday, November 28 from 6pm to 10pm and on Thursday, November 29 from 1pm to 5pm followed by removal to St Mary's Church, Cloone arriving at 8pm. The death occurred on Sunday, November 25 of Patricia Grace O'Malley-Bradshaw, Redhills, Mohill, Co Leitrim, at Sligo University Hospital. Deeply regretted by her brother George (Kenagh), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing in Arus Carolan, Nursing Home, Mohill, from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday November 29. Funeral Service in St Mary's Church, Mohill on Friday November 30 at 12 noon. Interment in Cloone Church of Ireland Graveyard immediately afterwards. House private please. 'The Day Thou Gavest Lord, is ended'.

Anthony John Smith, 7 Marian Row, Ballinagh, Cavan / Cavan Town, Cavan
The death occurred, suddenly, on Sunday, November 25 of Anthony John Smith, 7 Marian Row, Ballinagh, Co Cavan and formerly Tullacmongan, Cavan Town.
Beloved son of James and the late Susan (nee Buckley). Sadly missed by his heartbroken father James, brothers Joseph and Christopher, great-grandmother Frances Smith, grandparents John and Joan, uncles, aunts, cousins, nephew, and all his extended family. May he Rest in Peace.

The death occurred, peacefully, in the exceptional care of her loving family and staff of St Elizabeth’s Nursing Home, Athboy, on Monday, November 26 of Carmel Doherty (née Murtagh), Ballinvalley, Delvin, Westmeath. Predeceased by her beloved husband Eugene, infant son Gerard, grandchildren Stephanie and Eoghan.
Loving mother of Joe (Cork), Thérèse Lydon (Galway), Ita Richardson (Limerick), Olive Leonard (Delvin), Patrick (The Downs) and Catherine Daly (Glenidan). Sadly missed by her sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, her nieces and nephews – the Tullys (Frenchpark, Roscommon), extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.  May Carmel Rest in Peace.

The death occurred, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, on Sunday, November 25 of Michael Gilmartin, Coolabawn, Mohill, Leitrim.

Reposing at St Patrick's Hospital Mortuary, Carrick-on-Shannon on Wednesday, November 28 from 5pm to 6.30pm with removal to St Patrick's Church, Mohill to arrive at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday, November 29 at 11am with burial afterwards to St Mary's Graveyard, Lower Main Street, Mohill. Family flowers only please.
