The death occurred peacefully at home, in the wonderful care of his heart broken family after a long illness bravely borne. on Friday, December 13, 2024 of Pat Bratten, Kiltyreher, Carriglass, Longford. Predeceased by his parents Jimmy-Joe and Annie, brother Eugene and sister-in-law, Ann.
Pat will be sadly missed by his family, his beloved wife and best friend Una, daughter Jennifer, sons Jason and Paul, his adored grandchildren Amelia and Rían, brother Billy and sister Rose (Sloane), son-in-law Brendan McCabe, sisters-in-law Annita Bratten and Olive Lennon, brothers-in-law Michael Lennon (Boston), Peter Lennon, Frank Hoye and Alan Sloane. Lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, neighbours and his many dear friends. Your life was love and labour, Your love for your family true. You did your best for all of us. Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church Street, Longford N39 KN66 on Sunday, December 15 from 5pm concluding with prayers at 7pm. Removal from his home on Monday, December 16 to arrive at St Mary's Church, Ennybegs for Funeral Mass at 11am Following Mass Pat will be laid to rest in the family plot in Ennybegs Cemetery.
