Longford SFC: Slick Killoe step up another gear to score comfortable win over Colmcille

It was somewhat of a struggle to get the better of Longford Slashers in the previous round but there was no doubting Killoe’s superiority on this occasion as their slick side stepped up another gear to score a comfortable win over the disappointing title holders Colmcille.

Longford SFC: Clonguish pip Dromard to reach the county final for the first time since 2011

Clonguish are through to the Senior Football Championship final for the first time in 12 years after coming from behind to eventually pip Dromard after extra-time in a very exciting game at Glennon Brothers Pearse Park on Sunday evening.

Longford IFC: Sean Connolly’s through to Intermediate final as first half goals shatter Killashee

Sean Connolly’s are just a step away from winning the Intermediate Football Championship title for the first time since 1989 after scoring a very easy win over Killashee in the semi-final clash at Glennon Brothers Pearse Park on Saturday last.
