A man prosecuted for breach of the public order, assault and property damage will return before Judge Bernadette Owens in June.
Kamil Bulczak (34) of Apartment 4, Take Two Apartments, Earl Street, Longford was accused of four offences.
The first alleged offences happened on August 17 and 19 of 2023 at Templemichael Terrace, Longford. Mr Bulczak is accused of damaging windows, on both those dates.
The second set of charges date from February 24, 2024 when the defendant was charged with engaging in threatening or abusive behaviour and assault on Grigorijus Sibika.
Before Judge Owens accepted jurisdiction on the August matters Sergeant Enda Daly said the prosecution will allege that the defendant threw rocks at a window on the two occasions and Gardaí identified Mr Bulczak from CCTV.
Accepting jurisdiction the judge said would put the matter back to June 11, 2024 when the defendant would either enter a plea or a date would be fixed for hearing.
