Gardaí got more than they bargained for when they stopped an uninsured moped driver recently, discovering the driver had a fake license and concealment of drugs.
Gardaí stopped the driver of a moped in the Terenure area of Co Dublin after detecting it was uninsured.
The driver produced a "fake license" when stopped, according to gardaí.
When searched, gardaí discovered over €3,000 worth of suspected cannabis and €500 worth of ecstasy tablets.

The driver then produced a fake license.
