Search for boy missing at Cliffs of Moher resumes

A search operation for a young boy reported missing in the vicinity of the Cliffs of Moher in Co Clare has resumed.

The land, sea and air search involving Gardai and other emergency services began after the alarm was raised on Tuesday.

It continued on Wednesday but was then paused due to adverse weather conditions.

A Gardai spokesperson said the search had resumed on Thursday and was continuing.

Members of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), the Irish Coast Guard and local search and rescue services are also taking part in the search.
