Laois Offaly Gardai returned a stolen wheelchair to its owner with the help of Irish Rail. 

The chair had been stolen in Offaly and was discovered 100 kilometres away in Dublin. 

“Our colleagues in Tullamore recently took a report from a person that their wheelchair had been stolen,” Gardai explained. 

“It appeared in Hueston Station and with the assistance of Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail it was reunited with its owner,” they said.
