Longford Town ICA Guild invites new members

The second Longford Town ICA Guild meeting of 2018 takes place on Wednesday, February 7 in The Family Centre, Longford starting at 8pm.

The Guild looks forward to seeing all current members and hope to welcome some new members; did you know you can come along to a few meetings to see if you'd like to be part of the group before joining?

This evening also hosts the 4th of 6 sessions of our fitness classes with Jennifer from Paul Bradley's Clinic, starting at 7pm; there gentle stretches/ exercises & mostly chair based, so suitable to all.

Non members are also welcome, just contact Paula at the number below for details and to reserve your place.

We're always interested in having guest speakers on a wide range of topics; just get in touch if you have a topic, hobby or group you'd like to give a presentation on.

For all enquiries or information for inclusion in the group notes, please contact Paula 087 931 3615 or paulaoconnor2@yahoo.ie
