Will run each morning until the end of next week and we urge people to come in and view the works undertaken by Granard Art Club & Associates. Invite you to their annual mass which takes place this Tuesday. The group are delivering the fabulous programme Ageing with Confidence open to everyone starting Tuesday, October 28th.

Granard Mens Shed thank the Foundation for coming to the town and report a wonderful turn out for the occasion.
Longford Children’s Festival
Great Workshop which includes face painting for 4 – 12 year olds. Places still available, contact the centre. Thursday 23rd 4 – 5.30 pm.
The ‘Second Half’
A programme for men starting early This is a great programme with a mix of activities including social, personal, health and wellness focused workshops. It is a free and open to all men. For details call the centre.
‘Triple P’ Parenting Programme
Starting November 3rd for parents/grandparents/carers of children 0-11. Contact Catherine or Anne on 086 4143518.
For children experiencing loss through separation or bereavement starts November 4th at 6pm.
Fitness & Exercise Classes
Thai Chi Thursdays 7pm. Seated Exercises at Friday Club weekly 11am-12 noon. Pilates starts on October 29th 7-9pm. Contact Geraldine on 085 1217559 to book your place.
Set Dancing every Monday 7pm. Social Dancing including Jiving etc: Each Tuesday at 8pm. Open to all.
Thursdays 7-8pm. First and second year students welcome. Pre teen boys & girls Clubs – Tuesday and Thursdays as normal. All welcome.
