Our best wishes go to Niall Woods, Padraig Gallagher and the Leitrim team and management on Saturday next when they host near neighbours, Roscommon at Páirc Sean in the Connacht Under 21 championship final. It is wonderful to be back in such an important decider and we hope for another success. To cap a great weekend for the county, Leitrim Hurlers play Tyrone in the Division 3B decider on Sunday in Sligo. Here Kevin McGrath carries the Gortletteragh flag and we wish them success. David Mulvey and his Leitrim minor team mates put in another sterling performance in Mohill on Saturday evening last when playing out a thrilling draw with Longford in the Connacht league.
