Arthritis Longford Branch

We are running the following courses which are adapted exercises suitable for people with arthritis or other limitations: “Chair Yoga” New course Wednesday 25th February at 11am in the Family Centre Longford.

Club Ardagh

February Mid-term Camp at Club Ardagh. Thursday, 19/2: Fun Day, Friday, 20/2: Baking Day  (Activities include: Arts & Crafts, Bun Making, Biscuit Decorating, Organized games and activities).  Time: 9:30 – 3:00pm. Cost: 12 euro per day. Ages: 3 - 12 years welcome. *Children need to bring a snack and a packed lunch with them on the day. Places are limited so please book in advance.
