Exhibition

The FRC in collaboration with The Dept of Social Protection & Granard Art Club: Invite you to the launch of Photographic/Art Exhibition on Thursday next the 16th. Oct at 10.30 am. The exhibition will focus on poverty issues from local to global. John McCauley supporter of the Amani Orphanage in Tanzania will give a factual account of his work. Proceeds on the day will be divided between the orphanage and Christian Aid for their work in Gaza.

Women In Touch

Craft morning next week. All welcome. The group are delivering the fabulous programme Ageing with Confidence starting Tuesday October 28th.

The ‘Second Half’

A programme for men starting October 20th at 7.30pm designed and delivered by men. This is a great programme with a mix of activities including health and wellness workshops. It is a free and open to all men. For details call the centre.

‘Triple P’ Parenting Programme

Starting November 3rd for parents/grandparents/carers of children 0-11. Contact Catherine or Anne on 086 4143518 Rainbows Programme: for children experiencing loss through separation or bereavement starts Nov 4th at 6pm.

Fitness & Exercise Classes

Thai Chi Thursdays 7pm. Seated Exercises at Friday Club weekly 11am-12 noon. Pilates: starts on Oct. 29th. 7-9pm Contact Geraldine on 085 1217559 to book your place. Dancing: Set Dancing every Monday 7pm Social Dancing including Jiving etc: Each Tuesday at 8pm. Open to all. Glee Club: Sat 2.00 – 3.30.

Foroige Club

Thursdays 7-8pm. First & Second Year student’s welcome. Pre teen Boys & Girls Clubs – Tues and Thursdays as normal. All welcome.
