Would the kind lady who rang and offered the centre a Pool Table get in contact with us again as most unfortunately her name and number got mislaid.

Foroige Youth Club

Open information evening Wednesday, 25thth. September at 7.30 pm. We welcome volunteers, parents and all young people interested in this to come along. It is envisaged that this club will run alongside all our other youth services and youth groups as normal.

Play day

This lovely, fun filled morning which will be facilitated by Longford Childcare and Túsnua will explore the benefits of play for babies and small children. It will inform parents of up to date preschool education available to parents. ‘Busybees Parent & Toddler’ Group – We welcome all parents, childminders, grandparent with their little ones to our play group between 11 – 12.30 pm every Wednesday morning.

Women in Touch

Meet every Tuesday 10 - 12pm (Dress Design & Felting classes for next few weeks) ‘Granard Art Club’ every Wednesday 10 – 12 pm. ‘Crafters United’- Thursday morning 10 am – 12pm. Set Dancing – Monday evening 7.30 – 9.30 pm. All welcome.

Tidy Towns meeting

Tuesday next at 8.3o pm. in the centre. Please come and support this very important project for our area.

Youth Groups

All Youth groups are now in full swing. Girls 9 – 12 4.30 – 6 & Teens 6 – 7.30 Boys Zone - Thursdays 4.30 – 6pm.

Friday Club

Drop In, Cuppa and light exercise. Every Friday morning.

Course

‘Living Life to the Full’ Gatekeepers Course - this course is ongoing however each week is a stand a lone workshop so we have an open invitation for others to come along. Please call in advance.

‘Gardening Sills’ FETAC Level 3: Will continue on Thursday, October 3rd. at 10 am. Enquiries to centre

‘Raising Sons’ a course for Dads: We are delighted to offer the course this autumn in the centre.. The course is free and highly recommended, so come on Dads give it go! Details at centre.

Maths, Irish & French: Group grinds available subject to demand by qualified teachers. Contact the centre.
