Met Éireann tweets update on Storm Freya snow ice warning
Met Éireann has updated its forecast for Storm Freya and is now warning of icy condition to follow snow.
The forecaster issued a Yellow Warning on Sunday morning for the snow which has caused by Storm Freya rain hitting cold weather. Extensive snow was not expected.

The latest tweet from the forecaster extends the Status Yellow snow ice warning to 8 am Monday morning.
