Seven residential properties and one commercial premises in Co Longford have come onto the market and will be offered for auction by BidX1 later this month.

At Higginstown, Granard a semi detached three bedroom house extending to approximately 98 sq. m (1,054 sq. ft) is up for sale with a reserve not to exceed €65,000.


Back in Longford town at Ardnacassa Avenue, a three bedroom semi detached two story home is up for grabs.


With off street parking and a garden to the rear, the house will come onto the market with a reserve of €55,000.


A short distance away and in the heart of Longford town at Earl Street, a prime premises has come onto the market with a reserve of €200,000 in place.


Described as a retail & office investment, the premises comprises a ground floor bookmakers unit and overhead offices.


It extends to approximately 370 sq. m (3,982 sq. ft), in total.


Currently the ground floor is let to Bruce Betting, while the first floor has been let to Foroige. The lease expiry 2029 and the total current rent reserved is €33,800 per annum.
