Longford householders urged to bring  electronic waste to free collection day in Granard

Longford householders are encouraged to bring their batteries, electrical and electronic waste to a free collection day to help meet Ireland’s 2025 recycling targets at Granard Farmer’s Market, Dublin Street on Saturday, November 1 from 10am – 4pm.

Anything with a plug, battery or cable can be recycled for free - from old phones and TVs to toasters, tools and toys! Help reduce waste, recover valuable materials and protect the environment.

This event is hosted by WEEE Ireland in partnership with Longford County Council. Let’s recycle a record-breaking amount of e-waste together!
