A FREE online masterclass on the benefits of exercise, well-being, and nutrition in relation to the menstrual cycle, is set to take place via Zoom on Wednesday, September 24th, from 7-8pm.

Created for young active females aged 15-21, as well as those who support them (such as coaches, teachers, female liaison officers, friends, and family), this 1 hour evidence-based health education masterclass will be led by Dr. Kiera Ward - exercise physiologist, sports scientist, and health researcher - and Ruth Kavanagh, MSc. ANutr - registered associate nutritionist and health researcher from EduFIT.
Following the online workshop, participants will also receive a training diary, recipe booklet, and an informative list of the key points discussed by Kiera and Ruth during the hour.

This hugely beneficial initiative is being delivered as part of the European Week of Sport by Longford County Council / Healthy Longford in partnership with EduFIT.
