Seán Mulledy making presentation to Dan Rooney
A young Ballymahon man, who on May 17 last, completed his first Ironman in Lanzarote in memory of his late mother has raised €11,500 for Longford Hospice Homecare.
Seán Mulledy sadly lost his mother Eilish to cancer when he was only seven years old and after completing the Ironman he presented a cheque for €11,500 to Dan Rooney, Chairperson of Longford Hospice Homecare.

Seán expressed a huge thanks to everyone who helped, donated and supported him on his journey.
Mr Rooney thanked Seán and explained how the funds will be used.
