Sergeant Andy McGauran gave evidence of serving the book of evidence on the defendant. The court was told Mr Cassidy is on bail in respect of the matters and that the State had no objection to the extending of bail on conditions already set out.

Judge Owens said the dangerous driving and public order charges will be adjourned to April 15, 2025, to allow Mr Cassidy get legal representation and a hearing date will be allocated on that date if necessary.
