Congratulations to Ronan Reilly, a 6th class pupil in St Fintan's NS Lismacaffrey, who was chosen as a national winner in the Tusla Attendance poster campaign. READ MORE BELOW PHOTO.

Schools across the country were asked to submit an entry for this competition and Ronan's poster was chosen as a regional and national winner.

A presentation of wonderful prizes took place on Friday, January 17 from Niall Rabbitt (TESS TULSA Education Support Service) and from the Dept of Education Emer Hyland (Regional Manager of the Educational Welfare Service).

As part of his prize Ronan will travel to the Irish Museum of Modern Art and Tusla's headquarters where he will see his creation being brought to life by graphic designers. It will then be used as part of Tusla's attendance campaign.

Well done Ronan, the poster is deserving of recognition and really highlights the importance of attending school and the places education can take you.
