Over 20k has been raised for a Longford mum-of-three who suffered serious injuries after a car crash.
Lisa Brady was recently involved in a serious car crash while taking part in a charity event held in aid of Parkinson’s, The Summit Classic Car Show and Charity Run.
During the event, father-of-three, Richard Mulholland, was killed at the weekend in the Fermanagh collision, which occurred on August 4 in Kinawley.
Ms Brady sustained life-changing injuries in the incident. To “elevate some of the financial pressures on Lisa”, her friends have set up a GoFundMe page.

“Lisa has always been the one helping others. Her passion and love for sports both as a player and coach has lead her to work with all age groups in both Longford RFC and at Leinster level. Lisa also is a very well known community support worker, helping local service user from both St Christopher's & The Muiriosa Foundation.
“She has served as an advocate for many young people over the years, standing up for them at every corner and encouraging them to believe in themselves and follow their dreams.

"Lisa is the one who always has a smile on her face, her cheeky laugh would light up a room, anyone who has met Lisa will know she is an incredibly strong, proud lady who very rarely asks for help. "However" this is one battle she cannot do alone and needs your support. Any donation will be greatly appreciated,” said her friends on the fundraiser page.
