On Friday evening last at the Rustic Inn, Abbeyshrule the Kearney Kids Fundraising committee presented Joan Mitchell and her two lovely girls Allie and Maddie Kearney with a cheque for €18,917.
This is the proceeds from the summer BBQ held in the Rustic Inn in May and Ballymahon's Honda 50 & Motorbike Fun Run which was held earlier this month.
Both events were very well supported by local businesses and members from our local communities.
The monies raised will go towards Allie & Maddie's future. Again, the committee would like to thank our main sponsor The Rustic Inn who pulled out all the stops for both events
