Ballymahon GAA Club held a very successful dinner dance in the Rustic Inn Abbeyshrule in early 2023 to celebrate their intermediate championship success of 2022. We would like to thank the Rustic Inn and all the staff for their hard work in making the night a great success. Thanks also to Jenny White for the beautiful job she did in decorating the venue, and to the following who sponsored gifts on the night, Edward McGoey (The Rustic Inn), Ena and Phil Ronayne, Willie Forbes x 2, Jarlath Ronayne, Peter Hanley Motors, Peter Cox. A big thank you to Paddy Christie, Longford Senior Football manager who presented the team with their GAA Intermediate Championship Medals. His presence on the night was greatly appreciated. The following awards presented on the night: Senior player of the year - Emmet Finn. Young player of the year - Darragh Finlass. Hall of Fame - Albert Fallon. Club person of the year - Melissa Walshe. It was also lovely to have Derek Fahy Vice-Chairperson of Longford GAA, past player and team member of Ballymahon GAA. Derek gave a beautifully worded speech in honour of the club and Albert Fallon on the night. The Club would like to thank everyone who purchased tickets and supported the club. We hope you all enjoyed the night. Ballymahon Abú.

Photographer Frank McGrath was in The Rustic Inn for Ballymahon's brilliant night of celebration and he captured this lovely gallery of photographs. Don't forget to tag and share with your friends!
