Longford Maxi Zoo manager Nuala Doyle and her family are set to feature on national television screens

Longford Maxi Zoo manager Nuala Doyle and her family are primed for the spotlight as More4 prepares to air the TV series, 24 Hour Baby Hospital, which was formerly called The Rotunda and documented the hard work of the midwives and doctors in the Dublin-based maternity hospital.

In February 2018, Nuala's second baby, Nick was born in the hospital and, as Scratch Films happened to be filming for the RTE series at the time, they asked if they could film Nuala's birth.

“It was a little surreal having a camera crew following you about, especially as it’s a very busy hospital and it was more funny the reaction on other people’s faces, seeing this crew following you,” Nuala told the Leader.

More4 started airing the series on August 15 and Nuala's episode will go out on September 12.
