Murray says Longford roads and footpath repairs in pipeline

Fine Gael County Councillor Colm Murray.

Money ring-fenced for road and footpath repairs in Longford County Council's Capital Budget is to be spent soon, it has been confirmed.

Cllr Colm Murray made the disclosure after talks were held at a recent Ballymahon Municipal District meeting.

“The first such estate to see improvement works carried out will be Cartron View in Kenagh where the surfaces are in poor condition,” he said.
