A man in his 50s, arrested as part of ongoing investigations into incidents that took place at Falsk, Strokestown, Co Roscommon on December 16 last, has been released without charge tonight (Wednesday, February 6) and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Following a search of a house in the Killoe area of Co Longford earlier today, the man was arrested and was detained at Castlerea Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939.
