Murray champions cause for urgent Kenagh roadworks

Cllr Colm Murray is pushing for urgent repair works to be undertaken on a stretch of road outside Kenagh

Cllr Colm Murray is calling on Longford County Council to carry out immediate repair works on a stretch of road outside Kenagh Village.

“Road resurfacing works were carried out towards the end of 2018 on the road from Kenagh to Corlea.

"But poor weather during the works has compromised the surface and it has fallen into very poor condition,” he said.

“I’ve spoken with the engineers and I’m hopeful they will see fit to carry out a package of improvement works to leave the surface as it should have been.”
