Sale of Longford's Annaly Hotel attracts foreign investors

A French consortium is coming to Longford to look at the Annaly Hotel, which is on the market for €150,000.
The selling agent, Longford town auctioneer Fintan McGill, told the Longford Leader that he expects the premises to fetch in the region of €250,000.
The Annaly Hotel is one of Longford town’s landmark premises for decades but it has been closed for a number of years. The hotel contains 38 bedrooms.
