Longford's LGBT+ collective are to host horror movie screenings

Mystery Movie Monday will be coming to Valentine’s bar this Halloween season with a full slate of scary screenings every Monday until 28 October.

This follows the great success of last week's LGBT+ Horror Movie night in Valentine’s, TuesGays

Mystery Movie Mondays are themed horror movie nights that will be presented by Hazy Rainbow Social Club for the LGBT+ community and their allies.

This time, however, there’s a twist. The line-up for each night will be a surprise.

If you’re afraid you can’t handle the suspense, keep an eye out for flyers around town for clues to each movie title - or head to their websites below to see if you can have a stab at them, and see if you were right.

Mystery Movie Mondays will take place in the Green Room at Edward J Valentine’s Bar, from 9pm for this week’s movie, and 7pm for the subsequent Double Bills. Entry is €5 towards hosting costs, and everyone’s welcome, but you will want to wrap up warm.

Costumes and spooky accessories are encouraged, and feel free to settle in with a spirit for the show, whether that’s the alcoholic kind or not!
