New Granard Superintendent confirmed

Granard Garda District superintendent confirmed.

An Garda Síochana have confirmed a number of positional allocations from within, resulting from recent promotions and consequential allocations.

The changes will come into effect from Monday, March 25. In Longford, Superintendent James Boyle was assigned responsibility for  the Granard District, moving in from Castlerea, Co Roscommon.

He fills the vacancy left by recently retired Superintendent Brian Mohan in January.
