Longford's opening fixture in Division 4 of the 2024 National Football League is against Laois at O'Moore Park on Saturday January 28, throw-in 6pm.
Paddy Christie's side are also away to Waterford and Wexford with four home games against Tipperary, London, Leitrim (March 3) and Carlow.
Home to Meath in Leinster SFC
Longford will have home advantage against Meath in the opening round of the 2024 Leinster Senior Football Championship on Sunday April 7.
If Longford manage to beat Meath the reward is a quarter-final clash against the All-Ireland champions Dublin at Glennon Brothers Pearse Park on Sunday April 14.
County hurlers start league campaign against Lanacashire
The first round fixture for the Longford senior hurlers in Division 3B of the 2024 National League is against Lancashire at Abbottstown COE, Dublin on Saturday February 3. Two home games will follow against Warwickshire (Feb 11) and Leitrim along with an away fixture against Fermanagh.
The county hurlers start their 2024 championship campaign with a home fixture against Lancashire in the Lory Meagher Cup on April 13/14 and four more group stage fixtures will follow v Warwickshire (away), Leitrim (home), Cavan (away) and Fermanagh (home).
