2023 Longford Ladies Football Championships start this weekend

2023 Longford LGFA Club Championships Sponsors

The 2023 Longford LGFA Droplink Senior, Intermediate and Junior Championships start this weekend with last year’s glorious All-Ireland Intermediate club champions Slashers going for five-in-a-row of senior county titles with their opening game against Colmcille at Michael Fay Park on Sunday, throw-in 11am. 

Round 1 fixtures are as follows:

Droplink Senior Championship

Sunday 20 August  

Group 1 

Dunbeggan: Grattans v Mostrim, 11am

Allen Park: Clonguish v Carrickedmond, 11am

Group 2

Fay Park: Longford Slashers v Colmcille, 11am

 Killoe a bye 

Droplink Intermediate Championship

Sunday August 20 

Pairc na nGael: Dromard v Ballymore, 10am

Keenan Park: St Brigid's Ardagh v Mullinalaghta, 11am

St Helen's, Drumlish/Ballinamuck a bye 

Droplink Junior Championship 

Friday August 18

Emmet Park: Killoe 2 v Carrickedmond 2, 7pm 

Sunday August 20 

Clonbonny: Rathcline v Ballymahon/Forgney, 11am

Maguire Park: Sean Connolly's v Clonguish 2, 11am
