Mary Ann Harris (née Gill), Clonturk, Killashee Road, Longford Town, Longford

The death occurred, peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, April 22 of Mary Ann Harris (née Gill), Clonturk, Killashee Road, Longford Town, Longford, formerly of Richmond Grill, Richmond Street, Longford. Predeceased by her husband Thomas. Mary Ann will be sadly missed by her daughter Caroline, sons Kevin and Richard, Jane, son-in-law John, grandchildren Robert, Claire, Stephen, Adam, Aaron and Shauna, sister Kathleen (Luton,England), brothers Fred and John (Drumsna), nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and her many friends.
Mary Ann's remains will be reposing in her home at Clonturk, Killashee Road, Longford on Sunday, April 23 from 3pm to 7pm, and also on Monday, April 24 from 4pm to 8pm. Funeral mass in St Patrick's Church, Killashee, on Tuesday, April 25 at 11am with burial afterwards in Jamestown Cemetery. Family flowers only please; donations if desired to the Day Ward Mullingar General Hospital, c/o Connell Funeral Directors, Church Street, Longford, or any family member. Family time on Tuesday morning please.

Elizabeth - Betty Walsh (née Carberry), Derryhaun, Kenagh, Longford
The death occurred, at the Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar, on Friday, April 21 of Elizabeth - Betty Walsh (nee Carberry), Derryhaun, Kenagh, County Longford and late of Manchester. Predeceased by her husband Padraic and her son Peter. Deeply regretted by her loving sons James, David and John, their partners, children and grandchildren, her brother, sisters, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.
Removal from her home at Derryhaun on Monday, April 24 to Saint Dominic's Church, Kenagh, for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by removal to Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan Town for Cremation Service at 3pm. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Patient Comfort Fund, Mullingar Regional Hospital care of Kelly’s Funeral Directors, Longford, or any family member. House Private Please.

George McAtackney, Knocklongford, Mohill, Leitrim / Cavan Town, Cavan
The death occurred, peacefully at Sligo Hospice, on Friday, April 21 of George McAtackney, Knocklongford, Mohill, Co Leitrim; Moynhall, Cavan and Belfast. Brother of Joe McAtackney, Moynehall, Cavan.
Reposed at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan on Saturday, April 22. Funeral service on Sunday, April 23 at 3pm followed by Cremation. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Sligo Hospice c/o Declan Finnegan Funeral Director or any family member.

Jack McGovern, Corneary, Aughavas, Leitrim
The death occurred, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, on Friday, April 21 of Jack McGovern, Corneary, Aughavas, Leitrim, ex Bord na Móna employee. Sadly missed by his brother Andy (Gubbs, Cloone), nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Remains reposed at his residence on Saturday, April 22 with removal to arrive at St Joseph’s Church, Aughavas. Funeral Mass on Sunday morning, April 23 at 11.30am with burial afterwards in the old cemetery.
