The death occurred unexpectedly, yet peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 of Pex (Kathleen) Branagan (née Plunkett) Blackrock, Co Dublin and formerly of County Longford.
Predeceased by her husband Noel and son-in-law Pádraig. Much loved mother of Anne, Betty, Pat, Victor, Frank and Noelle. Pex will be very sadly missed by her daughters, sons, sons-in-law Willie, Graham, David and Keith, grandchildren Sarah, Jesse, Jo, Martha, Josh and Matthew, her step-grandchildren Charlotte and Sophie, sister-in-law Mary-Anne, cousin Brian Plunkett and his family, nieces, nephews, extended family, exceptional home carer Violeta, and her many friends including those in Dun Laoghaire Golf Club. Rest in Peace.
Pex will be reposing on Friday afternoon, November 7 at Fanagan's Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown A94 XK28 from 2pm to 4pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning, November 8 at 10am in Church of St John the Baptist, Blackrock followed thereafter by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. The death occurred peacefully after a long illness on Friday, October 31 of James Hussey, Athlone Road, Longford Town, Longford. Predeceased by his parents James and Pauline.
James will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, his heartbroken wife Mary, daughter Tina, grandson Nathan and his partner Natalia, sisters Phyllis Watson, Maureen, Pauline Wenman, Geraldine Toher, Elizabeth Connell and Kathleen, brothers John (Korea), Joseph, Kevin and Eugene, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Tuesday, November 4 from 6pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Wednesday, November 5 at 11am in St Mel's Cathedral, interment afterwards in Ballymacormack cemetery. The Funeral Mass will be streamed live HERE. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Connellan (Moore), Foxrock, Co. Dublin and formerly of Drummod, Strokestown, Co Roscommon on Sunday, November 2, 2025.
Margaret will be sadly missed by her children, Sinead, Colm, Niamh & Aoife Moore. Her sisters Mary, Theresa & Ida, her brothers Gerard, Michael & Peter, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins and many, many friends. Margaret is predeceased by her parents Michael (Mick-Joe) & Theresa, by her sister Catherine and her brother Farrell. May Her Soul Rest In Peace.

The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown on Thursday, October 30, 2025 of Bernadette Dromey (née O'Kelly), Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 and formerly of Drumloona, Carrigallen, Co Leitrim.
Beloved wife of the late Gerry and devoted mother of Conor, Brian and Linda. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Tara and Lyn, son-in-law Philip, cherished grandchildren Helen, Gerard, Mark, Paul, David, Laura, Seán, Conor, Jayce and Leah, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at her home on Wednesday evening, November 5 from 5pm to 7pm. House private for close family and friends outside of this time. Removal to St Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown on Thursday morning, November 6 arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetery.
