The death occurred suddenly but peacefully in his 94th year on Sunday, June 23, 2024 of Fabian Walsh, Rathcline Road, Lanesboro, Co Longford. Founding member of Lough Ree Athletics Club and past Chairman of Bord Luthchleas Og na hEireann. Predeceased by his beloved wife Renee and by his brothers Fr Killian, Gabriel, Miko and Hilary. Fabian will be greatly missed by his loving daughter Diane, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. May he rest in peace.

The death occurred peacefully after a long illness fought with great strength and bravery on Saturday, June 22, 2024 of Gerard Francis (Gerry) Quinn (25/10/1962 - 22/06/2024), Dunaras, Ballymulvey, Ballymahon, Longford. Gerry passed to his eternal reward comforted by his wife, children and his loving family in the compassionate care of Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore.
Gerry is predeceased by his parents Patsy and Mary and his sister Mary. He will be forever loved and his memory cherished by his loving wife Gemma (nee Rowan), his beloved son Jack and Jack's partner Niamh and his darling Nicole. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, Anne (Paraic) Ballinteer, Mel (Joe) Coralstown, Kinnegad, Penny (Liam) Cloncullen, Aiden (Bernie) Cloncullen, John (Breda) New York, his much loved nephew Philip (Emer) Cloncullen, all his nieces and nephews, extended family members and Gerry and Gemma's dear friend Paula. He will also be greatly missed by many people near and far with whom he shared much laughter and friendship. Rest In Peace.
